Great team, excellent customer service and easy to deal with. The techs were well mannered, quickly identified the issue with my unit and advised on the next steps. They replaced my aircon within the allocated time frame, cleaned up after themselves and demonstrated the steps on using the new unit. Job well done with no hassles.

We had a wonderful experience from this business. They arrived the same day we called to assess our AC and perform diagnostics. It was an installer issue unfortunately, but Robert's AC were very helpful in advising us on how to proceed going forward to get the issue fixed. We will very readily contact Robert's AC for any future AC issues.
